I was kindly sent some Chocolate Muscle Mousse by those lovely people at Muscle Mousse to use in my baking.

I didn't follow the recipe word for word mainly because I had wheat flour in my cupboard and I forgot to add the baking powder!
Ingredients:
80g of plain white flour
1 egg
25g of Muscle Mousse, 1 scoop.
Water, I used 200ml but the recipe asks for you to add little by little until you make a pourable batter.
Really simple instructions which is great for me because I am hardly Mary Berry.
Just plonk everything into a bowl, whisk it together until it bubbles then fry in a pan! I did attempt to toss my pancakes but it was all a bit embarrassing!
This recipe is quick, easy and you can top your pancakes with anything you like so stop reading and get baking!
